Thank you so much for this incredibly detailed and heartwarming review! Reading about your experience truly exemplifies everything we strive for at Sixty61.com, and we're absolutely thrilled that we could provide you with the exceptional service and results you deserved. Your experience highlights exactly what sets us apart in this industry. While other companies were quick to brush you off without truly listening to your needs, our team took the time to genuinely understand what you were looking for. We believe that every customer deserves to be treated with the same respect and attention that we would want to receive when we're seeking help with our own projects. That's not just good business – it's simply the right way to treat people. We're so glad that our picture-matching service made such a difference for you! This is something we offer to every customer because we understand how crucial proper fitment is, especially with LED bulbs. Rather than making assumptions or pushing generic solutions, we believe in thorough investigation. When you sent us that picture, our team was able to analyze exactly what you needed and ensure we found the perfect match for your specific application. What really stands out in your review is how other companies tried to sell you an expensive LED kit that would have cost four times more and required extensive installation work. This is unfortunately all too common in our industry – companies that don't take the time to understand the customer's actual needs and instead default to the most expensive, complicated solution. Our extensive knowledge of LED lighting solutions allowed us to identify that you needed a simple, plug-and-play option that would give you exactly the performance upgrade you wanted without the unnecessary complexity and cost. We're particularly proud that you mentioned how other suppliers – including a big parts supplier – told you that what you were looking for simply didn't exist. This perfectly illustrates why specialized knowledge and genuine customer care matter so much. At Sixty61.com, we don't just rely on basic catalogs or give up when the obvious answer isn't available. Our team's willingness to go the extra mile means we dig deeper, research thoroughly, and use our powersports expertise to find solutions that others miss or dismiss. The fact that you were able to install both bulbs easily and immediately see the dramatic brightness improvement in your barn is exactly what we love to hear! This is what happens when the right product meets proper fitment guidance – you get the performance you wanted with none of the headaches you were told to expect. Your comment that "you just don't get service like this anymore" really resonates with us because that's precisely the problem we're trying to solve in this industry. We believe that every customer should receive the kind of attentive, knowledgeable service that takes the time to truly understand their needs and find the right solution – not just the most profitable one. We want every customer reading this to know that if you're ever unsure about compatibility or what you need for your specific application, please reach out to us with any questions before placing your order. Our team is always ready to investigate, research, and ensure you get exactly what you need the first time. Thank you again for taking the time to share such a detailed account of your experience. Reviews like yours remind us why we're passionate about what we do and reinforce our commitment to providing the kind of customer service that seems to be disappearing elsewhere. We're honored that you chose Sixty61.com and that we could exceed your expectations! Best regards, The Sixty61.com Team

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and positive review! It's incredibly rewarding to hear that every aspect of your experience with Sixty61.com exceeded your expectations. We're thrilled that you found our website easy to navigate! We've put considerable thought into our site design, specifically ensuring that customer service help is readily accessible on every page. We know that finding the right parts for your powersports vehicles can sometimes be complex, so we want to make sure you can easily reach out with any questions at any point in your shopping experience. Your feedback about the LED bulbs being "spot on" for your Yamaha ATV is especially meaningful to us. As powersports specialists, we take compatibility extremely seriously. Before we list any product, our team thoroughly researches fitment through comprehensive guides, detailed technical specifications, and ongoing customer support feedback. We understand how frustrating it can be to receive parts that don't fit properly, so this research process is absolutely critical to ensuring you get exactly what you need the first time. We're also delighted that you appreciated our packaging! Protecting your order during shipping is something we never compromise on. Each item that leaves our facility is carefully packaged using methods specifically designed to prevent any damage during transit. Whether it's LED bulbs, levers, or any other powersports parts, we make sure everything arrives in perfect condition. The fact that you mentioned our fast shipping really makes our day! We know that when you need parts for your ATV, you want to get back out there and ride. That's why we work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, because we understand your time and enjoyment matter. What you might not know is that every single LED bulb we sell goes through our quality testing process before it leaves our facility. This extra step ensures that what you receive isn't just compatible with your Yamaha ATV, but also meets our high standards for performance and reliability. Our goal is always to go above and beyond for our customers, and your review confirms that we're succeeding in that mission. As fellow powersports enthusiasts, we're passionate about helping riders like you get the most out of your machines with high-quality products at great prices. We'd be honored if you'd share your positive experience with fellow ATV riders who might be looking for reliable parts and exceptional service. Thank you again for choosing Sixty61.com – customers like you make what we do truly rewarding! Best regards, The Sixty61.com Team

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced with your May 6th order. We want to clarify the timeline and process for other customers who may read this review. When you contacted our team on May 20th (14 days after shipment), we immediately initiated the required postal service investigation for your missing package. While we understand your urgency, postal investigations typically require 1-2 weeks as outlined in our shipping policy, and this process is mandated by the postal service before we can file insurance claims. Throughout this period, our team maintained regular email communication with you, providing tracking updates and explaining each step of the investigation process. We recognize that waiting can be frustrating, especially when you're eager to receive your order. Lost packages are extremely rare for our business - we experience only a few cases per year out of thousands of shipments. However, when they do occur, we must follow proper investigation procedures to ensure we can recover packages when possible and properly process insurance claims when necessary. Despite the ongoing investigation, we issued a full refund as a gesture of goodwill. We believe in standing behind our products and supporting our customers, even when shipping issues are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience during this process and apologize that this experience didn't meet your expectations. Our team remains committed to prompt shipping, clear communication, and resolving any issues that arise.

Response from Sixty61: We sincerely regret this customer's experience and want to clarify the facts for other potential customers. REGARDING PAYMENT: No charge was ever processed to this customer's credit card. We discovered a pricing error on our website within 24 hours of the order and immediately contacted the customer by phone to transparently explain the situation. We asked the customer to verify with Wells Fargo that no charge had occurred, but he declined to do so. REGARDING RESOLUTION: We attempted to find a reasonable solution, including offering to honor a partial discount by having the customer pay only the difference. Unfortunately, the customer became extremely agitated and began using profanity and making threats, making productive conversation impossible. REGARDING COMMUNICATION: After two abusive phone calls over a 2-hour period where the customer screamed profanity and made threats about damaging our business, followed by threatening emails, we made the difficult decision to block further contact for the safety and well-being of our staff. OUR COMMITMENT: Sixty61 has served the motorcycle community for over 20 years with transparency and integrity. Our Terms of Service clearly state our right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, which protects both our business and our customers from genuine mistakes. We stand behind our reputation and the many satisfied customers who can attest to our professionalism and quality service. We always strive to resolve issues amicably, but we cannot tolerate abusive behavior toward our team members.

Dear Customer, Thank you for sharing your experience. We take all feedback seriously and would like to provide some context: 1 - Our return policy, including potential restocking fees for used or damaged items, was communicated personally before the return was initiated, so that there would be no misunderstandings. 2 - Upon receiving the return, we found the item to be in a condition inconsistent with our return policy. The product was damaged extensively. This assessment was based on the product's physical state and missing components. We provided pictures documenting the condition of the returned item. 3 - The partial refund reflects our standard procedure for items returned in less than new condition. We strive for transparency and fairness in all our transactions. While we regret that this experience did not meet your expectations, we stand by our policies and assessment in this case. Sincerely, Customer Service Team Sixty61.com
