Since 2018 Our mission at Sissy Supplies has been to provide items to help other sissies bring out their feminine side with sincerity, honesty, authenticity and most importantly discretion. We understand not every order can go perfect, but if you do have an issue with your order we hope you at least let us know & give us a chance to make it right before leaving a negative review. We have never had a dissatisfied customer after contacting us. We want to make sure every Sissy has a place they can feel good when buying from.

Hello, Sorry to hear you did not receive your package, next time just let us know.... Looking at your tracking number 4209803492748902849688000210434846 it looks like the address you gave us was incorrect. Even through this is no fault of our own and looks like the USPS disposed of the package we are still going to issue a full refund. If you have any other issues in the future please just contact us directly next time. Refund sent back to your PayPal account.
