I have been buying tea for at least 25 years. They are not perfect. But very responsible. In 25 years only a few mistakes on my orders. So I thank this company they work hard! To me that is a perfect record, because they always fix it. So Thank You!!!

I never recived my order! It said they would arrive in 1-2 business days. No one answers the phone, they don't return emails and neither do they reply to the Instagram profile. So… I will have to spend time contacting them in writing to request a refund, file a dispute and reportfraud ftc complaint

We did ship your order via USPS, although it was delayed due to an unprecedented surge in demand that temporarily exceeded our available inventory. While this was an unusual situation for us, we understand that it did not meet the level of service our customers have come to expect or that we strive to provide. We were unable to locate any emails from you, so it's possible your messages did not reach us. We make every effort to respond to every email we receive. A USPS tracking email was automatically sent when your order shipped; however, we will also contact you privately with your tracking information to ensure you have it. Again, we sincerely apologize for the delay. We value every customer and hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in us.
Can anyone tell me if their cancer has gone? Haven’t use the tea yet. I’ve read many reviews but the complaints and how delicious the tea is doesn’t say anything about how effective the product is on cancer.

I'm so glad that Sir Jason Winters' company is still thriving. I really enjoy their tea and have found it to be very therapeutic, as well. They do a wonderful job of getting the priducts out quickly

LOVE the tea and service. A day doesn't go by that I don't have a cup of Sir Jason Winters tea. It somehow gets my blood circulating and my day off to a great start. Also want to mention that the delivery service is great! I get may tea always earlier than expected.
