Oh no! Sorry to hear that. We have 100s of orders going out. Could you send us your tracking information so we can see what happened and send you a new shipment?
Our package was damaged and never delivered. I would have blamed UPS, but there is clearly something wrong as our friend had the exact same experience. His was delivered, but half the cans were exploded.

My order was placed may 15,2023, it is now May 20 as of now no response. I have contacted them for a shipment date and I’m getting no response! The funds were taken out of my acct on Tuesday the 16th! I’m concerned because I am a repeat customer and I always have a shipment date the day after!! Terry

Product never arrived. Reached Out to Loki twice on email and once on phone with zero response.

Oh no! :( We are so sorry you have not received our seltzers. UPS has been known to misplace packages. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and someone from our team will make sure your order is replaced ASAP.
I tried the drink on 3 different days and it made me sick all 3 times. I also let my worker try it as well and he got sick also.
