No savings whatsoever for Zepbound, coupon is a joke.

I just picked up a prescription at Fry's (6625 W Happy Valley). I was, according to my single care coupon, supposed to cost $12.29 but the clerk refused to let me have it for that price. She insisted that the single care price was $15.29. That may not seem like much but for a couple on SS and, between us, a number of meds that is not acceptable.

I would’ve signed up until I read the fine print in their privacy policies! Absolutely not going to allow geolocation, data mining, etc. People need to read the fine print before signing up. There truly is “ no such thing as a free lunch”. There is a big cost to your privacy for signing up for Single Care! It will save you money on certain prescriptions, but at what cost? Not being paranoid, just a realist. We all need to watch what we are giving up in exchange for convenience and savings. Is it really worth it? I am even annoyed that Trust Pilot needs my email to submit this review.

The SingleCare app told me my prescription would cost $28.40 at my local CVS, down from the original $88.39. But when I handed the coupon to the cashier, they ran it through the system and said the price with SingleCare would actually be $10 higher. So much for getting a discount.

We understand how frustrating it is to expect savings and then be given a different price at the register. SingleCare savings can vary by prescription, dosage, quantity, and pharmacy. Can you please confirm that you set the right dosage and quantity? If the dosage and quantity are not the same as your Rx, there can be a price discrepancy at the register. CVS Pharmacy in Topsham, Maine won't let me use my single Care card. Why? In the write up it states that I can use single care even if I'm on Medicare. Thanks, Mike

Hi Mike, Thanks for reaching out. We’re sorry to hear that the CVS Pharmacy wouldn’t let you use your SingleCare card. You can use our savings card when you’re on Medicare, however, you can’t combine both savings. You can either use the savings from your insurance/Medicare or the savings from your SingleCare card. To see which option saves you the most, we recommend comparing prices before you go to the pharmacy or asking your pharmacist to ring up both options at the counter so you can choose the lowest price. Had a coupon for Celecoxib and said it would be around $37.00. When I gave coupon to Walgreens, they said it would be $165.00. You please tell me how that would save me money. Without using your coupon, it was $99.00.

I have tried using them several times. I am a member of single care. The coupon will set a price and I will show it to the store and the store will do everything they can for 15 or 20 minutes sometimes to get that price and it never works. I don’t know what single care gets out of this, but do not take a think that you will get the price anywhere near what they’re gonna tell you you’re gonna get. You’re better off paying whatever the Store tells you and moving on otherwise you will just waste a lot of times standing up at the counter.
