Additional information was not taken onboard and draft did not resemble works that were on website, facial features were odd looking. I am now having issues replying and emails bouncing back and website no longer working? Wonder if anyone else has had these issues. Haven't seen or read anything about scams?

The photo on the mug came out blurry and the company was not super easy to deal with. They ignored some of my revisions. Shipping was relatively fast though.

Took a week longer than expected due to incompetence by the assigned artist. Can't recommend it.

Hi David, we are so sorry to hear that. You placed your order on 18th August. You asked for 2 revisions after you received your drawing in 2 days. Your final version was delivered on the 25th of August. So, our all process with 2 revisions took only a week.
