The Simply Trust version of the PA POA is very straightforward and easy to complete...what I liked the most about it is how it is organized in a very logical manner... much better than others I looked at.

The Transfer on Death deed form was easy to fill out. Notarized and filed with the county clerk. Easy, peasy.
