Expected same maybe next day order processing, it took 3 days. Nowhere does it indicate how long it will take. Product was supposed to come with free 6 month Plex pass offer, I was sent the 4 month offer. My time is too valuable to be chasing down a fix for this mistake.

Arrived in exactly 1 week from order, even though did not ship in the 1-2 business days as advertised.

I am satisfied with the service provided. There was a hiccups on my side but I received professional assistance from Kimberly Peaslee. Definitely will buy again!
