Purchase was easy, and communication with the POCs was great. Everything was exactly as expected to include delivery estimates.

Originally I'd planned to buy from GameStop, however they were very uncommunicative about delays and were being supplied by SimplyNuc (SN) so I decided to purchase directly from SN. In the long run I think that saved me a lot of trouble. SN was clear in it's communications about availability and shipped the product quickly. I did run into a small but important issue with the product and had to send it back for diagnosis/repair. This took a reasonable amount of time and the product was shipped back. Unfortunately, the power supply was missing and I had to request that be sent back as well, which SN did promptly. I believe If I had purchased through Gamestop and had to deal with thier support for my issue things would not have gone smoothly. The support staff at SN are great, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Very knowledgeable and professional from sales support. Highly recommend for anyone who are in the market to purchase a NUC as they've been in the game since the beginning.

Excellent products and customer service. Due to the supply shortages all around the world, they were awesome in keeping me apprised of what was happening and updating the eta of the shipment so I never worried. I appreciate them! :)

SimplyNUC provides inaccurate ETAs, frequently off by months, and they charge immediately even when not shipping for 3-6 months. In the past they've also canceled orders on me, claiming they couldn't get the part after a multi-month wait when I had no issues turning around and buying from someone else who shipped same day.

They shipped the wrong item, I got in contact with their customer service team and replaced the item without any hassle.

Delivery came well product is well made for the AMD.

Amazing customer service. Answered my questions on the telephone(!!!) and followed up with email and photos to better describe the hardware. Shipping was lightning fast and I'm very happy with the computer. A+++ experience overall. Thajs, Simply NUC!!
