Nice colourful pens, but they leak and the ink doesn’t flow properly when writing, sadly I think they will end up in the bin😢

It did take longer than advertised to arrive to me. I'll be honest it's not the best quality and colors are not the same as advertised either. Plus, mine got a tiny scratch, pretty noticeable. That's not the only thing that got me down, they also take a lot –A LOT– to answer an email. I understand if they get a lot of orders, that could complicate things, but then that just makes me think they are not taking their business seriously because they don't have a designated person or team handling communication with their clients. I will not send this back to request a new one due to the amount of time it takes (it will be longer than they state on their website), but definitely would not purchase again. I liked the box, the nib and the overall shape of the pen, and it works good.

We're glad you liked the nib and shape, but sorry about the delay, finish, and slow support. Please contact us through https://www.simplpens.com/pages/contact-us so we can review the issues and help.
Sorry I was looking to get a good quality fountain pen and fell for the algorithm marketing with these. They could be a good design but the nibs on the 2 I got were terrible and I do not know why a pocket clip was omitted from the design but hey that’s on me for not even noticing.

Thank you for your honest feedback — we appreciate you taking the time to share it. Regarding the nibs: this is absolutely something we can take care of. We’re happy to replace both nibs for you and make sure you receive ones that perform as expected. As for the pocket clip the current version was designed without a clip, but we’re already working on a new version with a clip. If you'd like we can replace both your pens with the improved version once released. Please let us know how you’d like to proceed with the nib replacements, and we’ll take care of it right away.
