We sold our last house thru a traditional agent, but she didn't really do much and doubtful that she deserved the $12,000 that she was paid. We sold this home with SimpleShowing and it was quick and efficient. We really liked our photographer, our agent and really the whole process.

We got $6,500 back at closing with SimpleShowing! We really didn't need someone to drive us around or send us listings. We worked with our SimpleShowing agent to view the home a second time and they helped us write the offer, complete the inspection and manage all the paperwork between the attorney and lender. Great experience!
