Hi RM, Thank you for sharing your insight. Our services are primarily focused on education. With that being said, no one is right about the market 100% of the time. That’s why we focus on teaching our members how to trade and what strategies have worked for us. This past year, we’ve seen unprecedented market conditions. It’s been tough for any trader regardless of their experience and approach. Our traders use their own accounts with their own money whenever they trade and are truly vested in the outcome of each and every trade. We do our best to moderate the chat room to avoid political conversations or distractions. We hate to do it and it’s really a last case scenario, but we maintain the right to mute anyone who doesn’t respect the rules of the trading room. Getting started with trading can be stressful, overwhelming, and frustrating. We’re sorry you haven’t found success with us yet, but we’d love to find the right solution for you. Danielle has a background in teaching, so we often suggest her to beginners, but not all personalities always mesh well together. That being said, we’re sure there’s a solution for you. Have you considered the Ultimate Options Beginner Tool Kit or Quick Start to Options? Send us a note at [email protected] so we can find the best way to help you on your journey. Sincerely, The Simpler Trading Team
