Thanks Cliff for the review! Was there something we could have done better? I saw we didn’t offer 5 star service.
I sold my home in August of 2017 to Simple Quarters, my experiences with them was amazing.They did want they said they were going to do which was close in a short period of time. All of the staff that I had the pleasure of doing business with were very professional. I would recommend Simple Quarters to everyone I know that is in the market. Simple Quarters is a christian company that have a heart that care about their clients. I have two more home and if I ever decide to sale one or both it will be with Simple Quarters. I'm just sorry that I didn't write this review shortly after we closed. They deserve recognition for a job well done.

We had nowhere to turn. Simple Quarters gave us a chance even though we didn't have the full down payment. Brett is awesome. Everyone at Simple Quarters/Simple Wholesaling are very helpful and respond back in a reasonable amount of time. They will help in every step along the way!
