Incredibly misleading
Incredibly misleading. This company advertises a simple stress free process but their “step by step” instructions lack the necessary information to properly guide customers. Use caution when using this company as the 100% money back guarantee is false advertisement

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few important points. First, we are a self-help QDRO preparation service, allowing customers to save thousands compared to hiring an attorney. We prepare the QDRO, submit it for plan pre-approval, and confirm its accuracy with the plan administrator. That’s exactly what was purchased and delivered. We provide general instructions for moving through the process, as local court procedures and requirements can vary significantly. Our materials clearly state that customers should check with their local court for filing requirements. We do not provide legal advice, which allows us to keep our service affordable. For customers needing help with court-specific procedures, hiring a local attorney is sometimes necessary - but that doesn’t mean there is a problem with the QDRO document itself. Our money-back guarantee applies to the correctness of the QDRO we prepare. If a judge or Plan Administrator rejects it due to a drafting issue, we revise it until it is accepted. The court’s issue in this situation was due to additional, uncommon procedural requirements imposed by that court - not because of any defect in our product. We stand by the quality of our service and are happy to help if you reach out directly.
