Have purchased a few lots and so far everything has come quickly or if held up communication has been great. Products I have gotten have all been new with no damages.. would and actually have recommended to others..

Very easy to list, fast turn around.

Seller would not return emails after I bought a lot he was offering. Filed a dispute with SimpleLots, they have not responded either. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company

First off - I'm not one to spend the time writing reviews but this is the only option left given my experience with this company. Signed up for a free trial for one of the SimpleLots seller plans. Contacted support several times during the trial period with questions on selling but never received a response. I then contacted them to cancel my subscription before the end of the free trial. Continued to send emails and left voicemails to avoid being charged for the subscription and yet again no response. As of today I've been billed twice for a service I tried repeatedly to cancel. Given all of this the only conclusion I can come to is the company is a scam. STAY AWAY!
