They cancelled my order and claimed the transaction was declined. I contacted my bank, no declines. I contacted customer service, they now claimed chargeback history was the reason. I have all of my emails and transaction receipts and I can prove this has never happened once. They are either being lazy or there’s some other motivation for not fulfilling this order but the problem lies with them, not me. Find another site to save yourself a headache.

we've appreciated your business since 2022, with about four orders total, roughly one per year , starting with the first in 2022. However, early in 2023, a chargeback was filed on your order two months after delivery, which really stung for our small team, leading us to add your account to our restricted list. As a result, we've had to cancel your attempts from 2024 and today. I'm truly sorry about this, but we just can't risk doing business with customers who go the chargeback route – it puts us in a bind financially and operationally. If there's ever an issue, we're here via email or text to fix it properly without the disputes. Feel free to reach out with questions, and best wishes going forward.

Hands down best online glass shop
Hands down best online glass shop. Ive been ordering from sgp for a year now and everytime I get quick delivery, very well packaged. Extremely well actually. And if there's any issues the customer service is phenomenal. The prices are great and I love browsing finding new unique things.
