Did not get all the pieces that were supposed to be with the product that I ordered.

Great place to shop quick shipping great prices

Ordered some glass pipes and a grinder the pipes that came were pink not clear and I got 8 but paid for 9 the grinder was not in the box but the invoice said it was. Tried calling, sent emails and text messages have not heard from anyone. Basically my entire order#2542 not 1 thing was right, never again

Awesome service great product and wonderful shipping I've had a few broken parts when I received them Sent them emails and they respond quickly with a new product I only place I buy my stuff now. Highly recommend them 10 out of 10 in my book.

Fast shipping,item durable,perfect.

Pretty wide selection of smoke paraphernalia, well-organized and easy to navigate website, a wide “Basic++” product selection & availability, and easy ‘guest’ and ‘member’ check out process. Order was received, processed, pulled and shipped within 24-hrs. Received, well-packaged (bubble wrapped items with newspaper filler) in less than a week using the cheapest and slowest available at time of purchase. Glass and novelty pipes purchased are as described and good quality…. UPDATE: The “ob-gren-45” “4.5" Glass Green Multi function Hand Oil Burner Pipe“ I purchased popped within 10 days/5-6 uses, or 3x as fast as a convenience store rosebud pipe.

Alright shipping and handling time. The actual quality of the pipe is yet to be determined. From initial use it is exceptional.
