Little to non on wait time , got to my problem right away, fixed it now can play on my server

I am an extreme beginner and Mr. Nic King knew the answer to every question I had. As well as very in depth tutorials and guides to every little thing. Making everything very comprehensible to someone as new as me.

Patrick Fassler was a great help to me in getting my server running. One of the guided told me to delete all the files from my file manager, expecting them all to be replaced by the mod. However the mod I was trying to install, Skyfactory 3, was missing a server.jar file. This caused the server fail to start and refuse to shut down without killing it. Patrick was able to quickly and skillfully identify the problem and locate a replacement server.jar file as well as troubleshoot other issues and concisely answer my questions.

i didnt think mods would ever be a thing i could add to a whole server, playing by myself on curseforge is easy but to be able to add mods to a server and play with friends is not something i thought i would ever be tech savy enough to do, but thankfully with the help of "the breakdown" youtube channel i learned about simplegameshosting and yall have been BEYOND helpful. i mean, i was in a waiting list for two seconds before i was talking to a real person.. thats insane, especially for something like adding mods to a minecraft server. i hope yall have a big budget because you employees deserve top dollar lol.

this person deserves to be rewarded for his commitment and undying help for the common good

Very helpful!
