Nikola handled it. I overthought it and was expecting it to be a major issue. Nikola did what I should have done and reinstalled server. I always get the right answer immediately.

The support that SimpleGameHosting has is amazing. These guys are able to provide a in-depth solution and answer to questions and issues I had with my server. Huge shout out to Nikola for being able to explain possible causes to issues with mods when I modded my Minecraft server.
