Quick help and easy to understand, had problems with a modpack they fixed it and installed the correct version i wanted and it only took them around 10min to do so, 10/10 recommendations from me

I love how simple it is to set up the server and adding a mod pack to the server. The YouTube videos on how to set everything up and adding mods, on top of all that the videos are short and simple and doesn’t take like an hour too watch which I appreciate.

I haven't had any issues using this hosting site so far. As a recommendation to make the service better. Adding more modrinth modpacks and also more fabric supported modpacks to choose from would very nice.

Regarding the modpack installer: This is something we're actively working on improving. We recently switched over to a new system for handling modpack installations on the servers. With that switch, we are rebuilding the entire list of one-click installable packs. Over the next few months, the available list will grow significantly, but in the meantime, our support team is happy to help install a pack that isn't available on the installer. Good experience overall with knowledgeable technicians. They set the server up for me and ran mods as well. They talked me through the whole process I would recommend
