Hey Sam, I'm sorry to hear about your less than stellar experience. I went ahead and refunded your server. It will remain active until the end of the month free of charge. If you decide to renew it, just reach out to us on Live Chat. https://direct.lc.chat/15353502/ Looking at your server, I notice that it is for Minecraft Bedrock Edition and "Allow Cheats" is not active. This can sometimes cause issues when changing server settings as until cheats are enabled, changing things like gamemode cannot be done. If you have any questions, please reach out via Live Chat. A real person is there here to help! https://direct.lc.chat/15353502/ - Nic

Hi there – thanks for sharing your experience, and I’m really sorry to hear it wasn’t a smooth one. We always aim to be as helpful and clear as possible, especially for users who are new to custom modpack setups. While we do try to empower users with guides, it sounds like we missed the mark in making the process feel approachable for you. That’s on us, and we appreciate the honest feedback. If you're still open to it, we’d be happy to take another look and walk you through the steps one-on-one. Just reach out and we’ll make sure someone from the team follows up directly. - Kim

Totally get the panic when something goes wrong 😅 The fact that he helped guide you through it all without ever crossing any boundaries—that’s exactly how we want things done. Super proud of him! We’ll make sure he sees this 🥰 And if you ever need anything, we’re here for you! - Kim
