Nikola provided amazong service and really helped with getting my server back online after a mod pack update and making sure that the information i was provided was up to date

Brian did a great job at helping me get my server working, and ended up doing it for me when it seemed unsolvable to me.

Just an absolute amazing experience. Elijah helped me for two days for nearly his whole shift from start to finish to help me through everything. I asked the same questions and had so many problems, but he helped me every single step of the way. They are lucky to have him, and he is an exceptional worker. Extremely knowledgeable and kind. 10/10 would 100% recommend! Need to pay that man more, especially if he has to deal with people like me all the time! HAHA
