SimpleCitizenReviews of simplecitizen.com

We filed the K-1 Fiance Visa by ourselves. Then for the AOS, we didn't want to struggle with all the paperwork again. Somebody told us about Simplecitizen. It was the best decision to choose them. Filing the forms was so easy! The software is pretty clear. We just needed to check the forms, we saw some mistakes and they fixed right away. They answered all our billion questions and it was a fair price. I would definitely recommend them.

I really like SimpleCitizen. It was easy to get everything done for the Green Card application. They always answer your questions and help you if the USCIS ask you for something else. For example, in my case I got a letter asking me again for my birth certificate with translation (even thought I already sent it to them). I asked SimpleCitizen if they could help me and they did...I was able to send again the document requested on time. I'm going to use SimpleCitizen the next time I need to apply for my Green Card.

Best immigration services offered at a reasonable cost, including attorney support! Online tool helped with multiple applications while filling data only once. All documents were uploaded and made available for quick reference in a seamless manner. Support team always responded with full understanding of the case and situations. Kept updated with the progress while internal review took place. With multiple applications and hundreds of supporting documents, the SimpleCitizen solution even included a prepaid printed label and black pen to sign. No need to look anything elsewhere to complete the applications, just enroll.

I started looking into filling the green card forms I-130, 485, 131, 765 by myself. But after a couple of weeks of research it was still a little confusing and too many details to keep track of. Among other online application prep tools out there, I chose Simple Citizen because of two things: - Costs much less - Attorney Review before submitting When I actually started using the app to build my case, I was pleasantly surprised by the design. 100s of different fields on the form were neatly categorized and you fill it only once and it gets applied wherever it is repeated on the actual forms Two suggestions for improvement, - I would have liked it even more if there was a way to jump within the sections. The petitioner section for example was quite detailed and had a lot of steps. I left some fields blank initially because I had to gather that info but had to start from first page of the section and go via NEXT buttons - I'm not sure about this one, I think some fields were added after I saved a draft of my completed application (or I could have skipped over it), because it was caught in the review process. Sort of a field level checklist would have been awesome. Other very good and informative phase was the review. Evelyn from SimpleCitizen team caught and suggested a few improvements that were really on point. E.g. Clearly show I94 section as a separate attachment instead of whole I797 document. We were confused about the affidavit of support thing, and over documented it. But after attorney review , they suggested we cut some out. My wife loved how they packaged the whole printed application, along with instructions and also flagged where we had to sign. Seriously did not expect that, put it over the top for me. Our application is now waiting to be scheduled for interview and did not get any Request for Evidence. Couldn't have done it so well without this tools and their team. Thanks SC.

I use SimpleCitizen for do my greencard. My case quite too much details and All staffs helpful, effectively and responsible. Finally I got my greencard without problem. Thank you SimpleCitizen :)

Simple Citizen makes applying for any status worth it. I feel like I would have paid more for the quality of the service that I received. how they emailed me asking me if I needed help to updates to the whole immigration process changes gave me a peace of mind that gives this company a 5star review.

Using SimpleCitizen made an extremely daunting task so easy. I had plenty of concerns about Adjusting Status and felt like I had a bunch of unusual circumstances that would make the paperwork impossible, but SimpleCitizen helped 1000%. I don't usually push a product or company, but SimpleCitizen really made everything so much easier. They had different teams verify my paperwork and make sure that everything I had was correct to the best of my knowledge. They would answer all my questions and even prepared my response to USCIS when they required more information. They would follow up to make sure everything was okay and even wanted to be informed about the good news of me receiving my Green Card. Save yourself the time, worrying and money of having to use an Immigration lawyer or doing it on your own and use SimpleCitizen. It was worth literally every penny.

My wife and I used SimpleCitizen for a spouse visa. As I have dealt with immigration attorneys in the past for Canada where I have paid $8000+ for services, I cannot emphasize enough how terrific a service such as SimpleCitizen can be. Truly makes the difficult and stressful process of immigration a breeze. After all, it is just "fill in the blank" paperwork from the government, why must it be so hard and expensive for ordinary people? SimpleCitizen successfully solves this and opens up the opportunities of US immigration for anyone, not just for the wealthy who can afford lawyers. I have had no robotic or automated messages from this company. All communication was sincere and human. Questions can be asked and answered through their live chat which is terrific. As a software developer, their online process may seem a bit "cheap" and occasionally unprofessional in my memory. I am only highlighting this because for a company dealing with legal processing, it does not bring you comfort to see some things mildly cheaped out. However, once you receive your final package in the mail with your documents and instructions, there will be no worry. Very professional and beautifully presented. I am confident that they know what they are doing. Can't recommend enough for the service and affordability.
