As a legal immigrant of the United States, I will continue to only use simply citizen services throughout my journey, whether that’s me obtaining my citizenship papers or bringing my family members, they have been extremely helpful and made this tedious process extremely easier, I highly recommend these hardworking professionals whose help is greatly appreciated.

My experience with Simplecitizen throughout my application process was very positive and professional. From the initial inquiry to the final decision, the entire process was organized and clearly explained. The guidelines, required documents, and next steps were communicated in a simple and straightforward way, which helped me prepare everything correctly without confusion. I also received timely updates about my application status, which showed good communication and transparency. Overall, the professionalism, efficiency, and supportive attitude of the staff made what could have been a stressful process much smoother. I am grateful for their assistance and would recommend this office to others going through similar immigration procedures. Finally, am officially permanent Resident. After submitting my application less than 4 months I received approval notice and my green card was mailed to me.
