Easy order, shipment took approx 2 weeks But the canvas' box came in just a bag, and it got hit during the shipment, causing a damage on the canvas', luckily on the side I'd suggest a safer packaging

The paint was sub standard, as couldn’t cover the numbers and lines.

Great product but quality is poor.

The packaging was poor , the paint containers had burst and dried up. Hoping to resolve this and report back.

I had ordered an easel and it didn't come with my painting despite being notified that everything in my order had been shipped. They had a quick response when I notified them of my missing item. Also felt like this paint clumped on my brushes more than other brands I have used. Still liked my finished product!

I sent in one of my own designs to have a custom paint by number, but for some reason when you all printed it on the canvas it's missing a letter?? This is my 2nd time trying this company, this is the only negative thing I've experienced. Other than that it's been great
