Awesome customer service. The snacks came in very quickly and they kept me update and what was being shipped and when. There was a shortage on one item, that I didn't even realize until I opened the box and saw the hand-written note apologizing and letting me know when the others would be shipped. They also provide a little something extra for the inconvenience. I would absolutely purchase from Simpalo Snacks again.
