Wow. I didn't know they are missing in action. I ordered things a little while ago and received my stuff on time. That's unfortunate cause the had a good thing going on. Was looking for some new stuff. I hope they do the right thing and contact their customers.🙏

I places an order on 12 October, 2021. According to the tracking app “Route” the item is “waiting for tracking”. In other words, the item hasn’t shipped. I emailed the company twice to ask the status of the order, but I have not received a response. My next course of action is to dispute the charges with my credit card company. I gave this company a 3 stars because I have ordered from them before without any issues.

My outfits are amazing but the sneaker is very low quality. And poorly made. One shoe the sole is not even glued on. And the box it shipped in is the actual shoe box so it was damaged and in bad condition.

I ordered one outfit in an additional shirt from Simi Sienna. While the designs are absolutely beautiful, the fabric selection could be better for athleisure clothing. Also the outfit I ordered was black-and-white however the white of the pants was not from the same fabric batch as the jacket. This led to the pants being a more yellow or natural white versus the very clean white of the jacket. I also had a hole in the pocket of the jacket. For the most part stitching and quality of workmanship is decent, but I am disappointed in the overall quality of the garments, as they should have had more stretch and more cotton content being athleisure wear. In addition, the shipping process was confusing and unclear on when I should expect my order. Logistics should be predictable for customers. Shipping took far too long and it did not ship until I contacted them about my order. I love the designs, but I will not be purchasing again. The poor service and lack of quality of the garments for the prices is not acceptable. $150 for an out with a hole in it and mismatched coloring? No thank you.

Hi Karon, Thanks so much for bringing this to our attention, I'm terribly sorry that you had a poor experience when shopping with us. Our printed Simisienna items are all made to order, which means that in some rare cases the items ordered in a set my in fact come from different batches of fabric. While that is definitely not our intention, we would like for our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases, which is why we have a simple and comprehensive returns policy which allows you to return any items that you are unhappy with within 30 days of delivery. Please consider sending your items in for an exchange free of charge at our returns center and we can exchange your items here: https://simisienna.returnscenter.com/ As our printed Simisienna athleisure wear is strictly made to order, our orders take 5 - 10 working days to process before shipping out, although it's most common to see orders ship out within less than 5 days. You can then easily keep track of your order status on the tracking link or reach out to our Customer Happiness Team at [email protected] for order status updates. I understand that your experience was less than ideal, and for that I am truly sorry. We are more than happy to process an exchange for you to ensure that you experience the high quality style and comfort that we are always striving for, so please reach out to our team and we would be happy to assist. Your feedback is much appreciated, thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience and rest assured that we will do our level best to ensure that you experience the best of us going forward.
