¡Gracias! ¡Buen viaje!

Thank you — coverage across the US is the part that has to hold up outside the cities, so that's good to hear. Worth knowing for a next trip: the Simbye USA eSIM can come with a real +1 number for calls and SMS. That matters more in the States than in most places, because plenty of American services want a US number before they'll let you sign up. Safe trave

Thank you — that's exactly the point of a regional plan: crossing a border doesn't require anything from you. The eSIM registers on the next country's network by itself, with no new purchase and no settings to change on the way. Simbye works that way across 190+ countries. Safe travels!

Thank you — "works as expected" is the review we're happiest with. And for anyone planning Japan: a Simbye eSIM means no pocket wifi counter, nothing to collect and nothing to return. Safe travels!

Thank you — latency is the measure most people never check. And for the next trip: each Simbye plan page lists the networks the eSIM uses in that country, so you know in advance which carriers you'll land on. Safe travels!

Thank you — email is where we're quickest, so that's good to hear. And if an order ever looks stuck, write to [email protected] with the order number rather than placing it again. Safe travels!
