Ho acquistato una SIHOO Doro C300 e sono rimasto subito colpito dall'ergonomia di questa sedia, molto comoda e regolabile come si preferisce, inoltre facile da montare. Ho contattato il servizio clienti per un piccolo problema e sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito dalla loro estrema reattività e cortesia. Si sono dimostrati subito pronti ad ascoltare il problema e a trovare una soluzione. Un plauso al team di supporto per la professionalità e la velocità di comunicazione. Quando un'azienda assiste così bene il cliente anche nel post-vendita, merita le 5 stelle.

To be honest I never thought i would need the M57 until i got it. Its simply amazing. Really comfortable and my back breaths better. Apart of that, the customer service is super nice, and the delivery was fast.

j'ai acheté la chaise M57 le 29/06/25 reçue le 02/07/25 donc rapidement état impeccable facilité de montage avec une bonne notice explicative et des pièces de rechange en plus. après 9 mois d’utilisation je suis toujours aux anges confortable et pratique avec ses accoudoirs qui soulagent.

Purchased the Sihoo M18 around 12 months ago. What a great chair, very comfortable. I spend about 12 hrs per day in the chair and I've never felt any back pain. Highly recommended.

I had a small problem with my chair and asked Sihoo for assistance. They not only replied within couple of hours, but we so kind and responsive that I couldn't believe it's true. I also run a support team, but Sihoo support is next level. Thanks team for resolving my issue in no time!

My package was returned TWICE because their courier claimed my address was incorrect an address that is perfectly valid. Their shipping process is an absolute mess. In the end I had no choice but to cancel my order entirely. I'm not going to keep chasing a package that clearly will never arrive. Do yourself a favour and find a webshop that actually knows how to ship an order.
