This is a scam. They give you a low per call rate, then they give your number out to spam callers or have a call system. When their agent answers your phone call, they make sure it takes more than your first 15 seconds. Now you get charged, but you never got a legit call or lead. Then they raise the rates. Now they up the spam callers, I was getting and still do get 30-50 calls a day from spammers that never had my number until I signed up with them. DO NOT USE!!!! SCAM ALERT!!!!

Giving this company two stars is a gift. I don't know where to begin. I should have left a long time ago. Two years let's see... Even though you update your credit card on their portal , they still don't bill you and send out no notifications until you're five months behind. Then Send out an email after hours that they're Stalling your service until payment is made. Causing you to miss valuable emergency calls as an emergency after our service. I had updated the credit and spoke to somebody still to no avail. Emergency calls would be on hold upward fifteen minutes or longer... Constant complaints from companies calling me about how long they were onhold some Hang up and just call my cell phone as the owner. This call service was in place to stop that so I could spend time with my family as i've grown. Needless to say this is my last week with this company.

It was great working with Jes. Always answers very quickly to all my questions. If you choose to work with signpost ask Jes to be your point of contact :)

This company will MISLEAD you. Do NOT fall for it. They try really hard to pursue you in the beginning to lock down their sale and as soon as they lock you down, they DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH, TAKES FOREVER TO GET A SIMPLE RESPONSE BACK, SUPPORT TEAM SUCKS, NOT TO MENTION THE MANAGER WE WERE ASSISNGED TO IS NO HELP EITHER! And all the information they gave us in the beginning was a complete LIE. It sucks because I am the only person answering phone calls in the office right now and needed that extra support that they said they would offer. None of my phone calls were being forwarded to their team. And when I called my account manager, she changed the entire story of how their company works. Tamiko and Jeremy, shame on you. Time is of the essence, so save yours and do NOT hire this company.

Tyree was a great help! Not only did he straighten out my one companies account but also adding my new company smoothly!

I had a problem with my message forward to my cell phone txt. Customer service rep Tyree was very professional and made sure the problem was fixed. He also checked the portal to make sure everything was ok. This is a very good answering service if you need one.

Tyree was very helpful and professional. The issue was resolved in a timely manner.
