Not as easy to use as I expected. I was hoping my clients could use easily on mobile devices but it is designed more for desktops with cameras. Support staff is great but logistics of operating were not where I had hoped.

Using your software to do a remote notarization is very problematic for me. I have been trying over and over again and have not been able to do a successful notarization.

Clunky system. Had users that couldn’t verify ID. Some were title companies getting ready to do a lot of remote closings and decided not to use this platform because of it.

We are so sorry you had a bad experience. We just launched a new system for verification. The state laws require 3rd party authentication and some of this is out of our hands. We are always trying to improve. Please reach back out to us if you want to give it another shot.
