It seems as if it’s a real person doing the readings. Although I think the message comes from the reader, it seems to be cleaned up by AI a little. Which is fine, it’s not excessive. Overall, my experience with this company has been great.

We do use writing tools to help polish and clarify messages at times, but no software or technology can ever replace the intuition, insight, and care that a human reader brings to a reading. Readings come in a timely manner, appear human written (maybe some light editing software, but it doesn't feel like total AI), and I appreciate that my reader (Serena) offers insight, guidance, and emotional reflection but doesn't make concrete promises. Any online (or in-person, for that matter) reader that claims to know the future with certainty automatically gets a hard pass from me, so I appreciate that Sibyl appears to be ethical in their approach and not make factual statements for people in vulnerable positions. I always believed that Tarot should be a tool, like journaling or meditation, into gaining insight and clarity. So far, Sibyl seems to follow this approach.
