Bhavna mam is very professional and understanding. She never rushes through the clock. She hears all the issues and then tailor the asanas for our issues and she always explains the benefit of each asana. Thank you mam for being kind and supportive.

After three years of trying (and quitting) every possible online and offline fitness option, I finally found something that truly worked — not just for my body, but for my mind too. I discovered Shvasa almost by accident, and it’s honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my physical and mental health. What makes Shvasa special is that it’s live, interactive, human. Not pre-recorded videos, not generic plans — but real teachers who are present, skilled, warm, and deeply professional. The teachers are outstanding! I choose the class based on my time availability and that makes it flexible. No guilt of missing a regular timed class but choosing another one as per plans. I can do this while I am travelling and not home as I just need my iPad to get logged in. What I love most is the feeling of being seen — of having guidance, accountability, and kindness built into the process. If you’re looking for something flexible, authentic, and genuinely supportive — with yoga, Pilates, sculpt, cardio, and meditation — this is it. No hype, no pressure. Just good people doing good work. I’m grateful I found it. 🌿

It is helping me on breathing issues. Digestion issues and I noticed stomach size getting reduce . I feel it is great great support in my life..

I like the flexibility in class timings and that it is offered through out the day. Most of the classes are reasonable that I could do majority of them. All the instructors are very nice and approachable. The classes also run on time. It would be great if the assigned individual coach is able to guide a little more and help choose classes and/or instructors that will suit and work with our individual physical constraints/issues.

My Pranayama coach(Deepika) is amazing! The sessions are calm, well-guided, and very effective. I learned how to breathe properly and control my mind better. I really enjoy every class and I feel more relaxed and energetic after each session. Thank you so much Deepika for your guidance. Highly recommended!

Each asana was explained well and the teacher made the efforts to correct wherever she felt it needed work. Appreciate all the efforts. Thank you!
