I still haven't heard from anyone. Patiently waiting for a phone call. So as of now, I can't give a good review.

I spoke with Chad this morning and he arranged for the shredding to take place in 10 days. He called later and had a driver out within the hour. 41 boxes (about 800 pounds) were completely shredded in under a 1/2 hour.

I really appreciated the quick service and the person that I spoke was very pleasant to speck with.

The gentleman I spoke to regarding a quote for my shredding needs was patient, extremely pleasant, and knowledgeable. I found better prices elsewhere, but this representative was phenomenal. His name was David and he was a pleasure to deal with.
