I've used ShowZStore for about a decade! They are always fairly priced, reliable on pre-orders, ship fast and at reasonable rates. Their customer service has always been impeccable. They are my go-to for transforming robot toys.

C'est mon dernier coli chez eux qui m'a fait réalisé que cette entreprise mérite 5 étoiles, 6 ans a attendre et enfin la voila : la boite de ma figurine protégé par du papier bulle qui fut lui protégé par un carton au nom de l'entreprise imprimé sur ces flans, ce carton lui même protégé à chaque coin par des renforts en plastique pour enfin retrouvé le tout scellé dans un plastique, c'est juste incroyable tout ce soin apporté pour envoyé un coli, sans parlé du suivie du coli qui détail tous jusqu'à votre réception, beaucoup d'autre entreprise font moins que cela. Les prix défis toute concurrence étant donné qu'ils sont en Chine les taxes et/ou la douane ne demande pas de payé plus à la réception du coli, leur système de points de fidélité est également plutôt appréciable et développé, quand au service client c'est tout simplement du même niveau : polie, courtois, professionnel et dans n'importe quelle langue. le seule défaut qui ne me fera pas baissé ma note est qu'il y a très peut de figurine officielle mais pour le plus grand plaisir car du coup il y a de tout !

I've been buying from ShowZStore since 2019, and they've ALWAYS provided fantastic service. Most of my orders have arrived before the estimated delivery date. The one time a package went missing after 2 months, they gave me a full refund in store credit while assuring me it was still on the way. When the figure finally arrived after five months and I contacted them, they never asked for the money back because it had taken too long. Their after-sales support is excellent too, they even help find replacement parts for figures purchased elsewhere for a small fee. After years of dealing with them, I can highly recommend ShowZStore.

Prices are the best. Amazing delivery times from other side of the world. Very solid packaging. Great after sales support and even better over all support from the "contact" you are provided with every order. I have had pieces break while I was handling them - immediately replaced. One time there was a very small screw hole cover missing on one side of the model I bought - replaced immediately. Lost a package once during delivery and although we did have to give it time to not show up, understandably, but as soon as that seemed the case I received a new one about 2 weeks later.

Cela fait maintenant une dizaine d'années que je commande très régulièrement chez eux, principalement des masterpiece Transformers. Je n'ai pas été déçu une seule fois. Les prix sont les meilleurs du marché. Les envois sont rapides dans la mesure du possible. Le service client est réactif, toujours bienveillant. J'ai même réussi à gérer l'envoi d'une pièce sur un robot que j'avais cassé. J'espère qu'ils vont encore rester à ce niveau pendant de longues années.

I have used ShowZ for a couple years. I joined the upgrade membership to earn more reward points. I wish I would have joined sooner.. ShowZ carries a wide selection of 3rd party and 4th party Transformer figures, as well as other stuff. They have outstanding customer service, very fair pricing, and great shipping. They package very secure so it arrives in great condition. I highly recommend them for your collection. If you're reading this, I assume you are a collector.

Been using these guys for years. Their customer service is pretty quick to respond and always willing to help with after sales support. They respond to messages quickly and dont make excuses when it comes to taking care of their customers. Great place to buy collectibles from.
