Overall, my experience was positive I appreciated most about the experience was that the recruitment process was not focused only on shortlisting candidates. It also helped identify areas where candidates could improve and highlighted specific weaknesses or skill gaps that they should be prepared to discuss during the interview. This makes the process more useful and transparent

Adil reached out to me about a Senior SQL Server DBA opportunity that was a genuinely strong match for my background. What stood out was how well he understood the technical requirements — he wasn't just copy-pasting a job description, he clearly knew what he was looking for and why my experience was relevant. Communication was prompt, professional, and transparent throughout. I'd recommend Adil to any senior tech professional looking for their next opportunity.
