I'm surprised whenever I read a less than glowing review of your masks or service. The masks are so well designed, attractive, comfortable, and affordable. Plus, anytime I've experienced glitches, you've resolved them promptly and pleasantly.

Vida sent me the wrong masks. I purchased their KN95 masks and they sent me generic cloth masks. I attempted to contact multiple times requesting a refund or the KN95 masks and have never received a reply.

Dear Steve, I'm sorry to read about your experience with your order. Please forgive us if our response times have been slower than usual due the recent increase in demand for face masks. So that we can help, can you send your order number to me at [email protected]; I'll make sure someone follows up with you personally right away. Very best, Peter // VIDA
These masks are comfortable and with the adjustable ear loops and nose piece, they fit nicely on my face without any air gaps. I also like the filter pocket and am satisfied with my purchase.

Honestly I can say this is by far is the best mask I've have purchased since covid! If you were glasses this mask is for you the nose piece forms to your nose very well all that expensive fog sprays I no longer need! I wash my mask at least 2 time's a week it still looks new! I love the fact you can change the filter as well! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! You will not regret..

I came upon shop vida when I became frustrated with the horrible fit of previous masks I had painstakingly put up with on my face; They are much more comfortable and high quality as evident by the obvious high quality and build of each mask. I have one so far and have just ordered another. Customer service is excellent.

I love Vida Masks so much I have so many now in my collection! I first came upon Vida masks after hearing how great they are in a magazine article about masks not falling off your face while talking which sold me! I am now a happy customer and love there limited edition masks and artist masks and ECO Reprieve masks so much!

Hi Ellen, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback on the fit of our masks. When developing them, we paid close attention to the guidelines from the CDC and other health agencies; however, it is the feedback from customers like you that helps us to continue to improve our protective wear for comfort and fit in particular. We hope to welcome you back to VIDA in the future. In the meantime, please stay safe and accept our wishes for a wonderful holiday season. Best, Peter // VIDA
