USA 😀I have everything packs very well protected. The item's cooking time packaging it greatly indeed when cooking. It's nicely to have your company online shopping services.

Thanks Nicole! We appreciate the feedback and thank you for shopping with us :)
I live in a rural community where the major couriers delivery packages directly to the US Postal service. That is why my physical address was omitted online when I ordered the products. Instead, I specified that the parcel should be delivered to the post office instead. Once the post office receives the package, they place a message in my post office, alerting me of the arrival. Instead of delivering the order to the post office, as indicated, UPS shipped the items to their Customer Center which is a sixty-four mile round trip away from my residence. I was not notified about the shipping change. After a few weeks, I called UPS and was informed that the center was going to ship my parcel back to the sender within twenty four hours. I convinced them to hold on to the order until I could make arrangements to pick up the parcel in the next couple of days, and fortunately the clerk agreed. The Mapquest shipping instructions was a bit confusing, when I called the Customer Center for clarification, the robotic answering service, was combative it took at least five minutes before I was transferred to a customer service representative. Fortunately, I eventually received my order. For the life of me, I do not understand why UPS did not follow my instructions and deliver to the US Postal Service, because the courier service trucks are line up making deliveries whenever I go to the Post Office.

Hi Wendy, Thank you for the feedback and we're sorry there was an issue with UPS. We have switched to FedEx for most of our deliveries and hope this change will provide you with a better experience :) We'll reach out to you to see if there's anything we can do to make this a better experience :)
