ShopMy has turned out to be one of the most unreliable and unethical platforms for content creators and digital publishers. After putting in genuine effort to promote brands through legitimate, organic traffic via our established digital properties, ShopMy arbitrarily suspended multiple creator accounts without providing any clear proof, detailed explanation, or fair investigation. To make matters worse, they hold earned commissions and completely ghost creators when asked for a formal review. Their support/compliance team offers zero transparency and relies on automated generic templates rather than addressing legitimate appeals. It is extremely disappointing to see a platform treat creators who build real value for brands with such negligence. If you are an affiliate marketer or content creator, beware: your hard-earned payouts and accounts can be wiped out overnight without any justification. Avoid this platform until they fix their compliance process and clear unpaid creator balances.

They send you a product completely different from what you ordered then refuse to respond after many attempts to rectify. I won't ever shop from them again.

I joined ShopMy as a creator and worked extremely hard to promote a number of brands that I care about and was passionate about supporting. I reached Icon tier and generated significant sales through the platform. ShopMy then closed my account without any warning. They still owe me almost $50,000 in commission, which I have not been paid. I also do not believe the brands whose products generated these commissions are aware that ShopMy has not paid me the money I earned from those sales. This is completely unethical.

Scamming and practically stealing creators earns.

I ordered a supplement from this company. It took me forever to get the supplement, and a couple weeks later, they pulled money out of my account as they hit made it a subscription. And will not contact me back to get a refund. They make it impossible to cancel a subscription with them.Very confusing, and they will not return emails, and I cannot find a phone number to call

I am the founder of a small independent brand, and my experience with ShopMy has been extremely disappointing. We were required to commit to paying $500 per month for six months. After spending a total of $3,000, the platform generated absolutely no sales for our business. What is particularly frustrating is the lack of transparency. Before signing the contract, we were not clearly informed that we would have access to almost no meaningful analytics. We cannot properly see or analyse creators’ posts or even easily access the images of the content published about our brand. Once committed to the $500 monthly plan, we were then told that access to more useful data and support would require upgrading to a programme costing approximately $2,000 per month. For a small brand, this makes it impossible to understand what is working, evaluate the creators involved or improve performance. In our case, the entire $3,000 investment was simply money thrown away. I have also heard complaints from several creators regarding delays or problems with commission payments. This is especially concerning because it can damage the brand’s reputation with creators, even though the payment process is managed by ShopMy rather than by the brand itself. My impression is that ShopMy may work for major groups and large brands that can afford its premium programmes, but I strongly advise small independent brands to stay away. The lack of transparency, meaningful reporting and results made this one of the most disappointing investments we have made.

Banned from my account with zero warning or explanation. I've been a ShopMy creator since last year and have transitioned almost all of my affiliate links to ShopMy links. I manage a large website, email list, and podcast, with hundreds of links out at this point. Three weeks ago, I received an email that my account had been closed for violating their Terms and Guidelines. I instantly appealed the decision and had to wait over three weeks for a response, despite following up multiple times. They doubled down and did not give a reason or specific guideline that I could have violated, just a generic list of possible violations (NONE of which I have done). They also said I have forfeited the pending earnings in my account. Extremely disappointed with the way they've handled this and how they're treating creators who have helped to build up their brand. My links still work, but I'm no longer earning commission... which tells me that ShopMy is profiting off my links and traffic. I will go back to LTK, which I used for years before ShopMy.

I had ordered my items on May 5th and today is July 15th. Have not received both my packages. Just received an email from them. Stating the orders have been canceled. 2 months and 4 days. It took them to realize they had no of my items that I purchased. Do not order from this company. It's a scam. If clothes are cheap the company's a liar. Let's see how long it's going to take to receive my money. I will keep you guys updated. One company is legit Shelin.
