Scam warning: Undelivered order & fake tracking numbers
I ordered a Glass Flower Bouquet, and the package was never delivered. Their support team confirmed in writing that the parcel was returned to their sender warehouse. However, despite having the item back in their possession, they are refusing to issue a full refund and are trying to demand an additional shipping fee to reship it. To make matters worse, their customer service (Angelo T.) repeatedly sent me fake, non-existent local tracking numbers to waste my time. Since they refuse to refund money for an unfulfilled order, I was forced to file a formal Chargeback through my bank to recover my funds. Terrible customer support and completely unfair business practices. Avoid this store!
