Our team has clear communication protocols and follows a structured workflow to ensure projects are completed successfully. In this case, delays and challenges often arise when there are inconsistencies in client feedback, lack of timely responses, or frequent changes in project requirements. We always encourage open communication and collaboration to ensure smooth progress, and our team remained available throughout the project to address any concerns. Regarding the refund request, we adhere to our policies, which are clearly outlined from the beginning. We are happy to discuss any unresolved issues to find a fair solution, but we firmly stand by the work and effort put into the project, if the customer wants to change the account manager, we can also have this done for them. We’ve clarified our position based on your review. To assist you further, please provide your order ID and email so we can verify your experience with us. If your billing was handled by Ridgeway Advertising, we recommend reaching out to them directly for resolution. We’re committed to fair and transparent service, and we’d appreciate the opportunity to address any concerns properly. Thank you, Shopify Designers Team.
