I purchased this grounding sheet because it offered a lifetime no questions asked return guarantee if I was not satisfied for any reason. Since I cannot confirm any health benefits after using this for 8 months I tried contacting the Iam, the company rep by phone, email and directly on their web page. I have not received any type of response. Very dissatisfied.

Do NOT order from this company! There is absolutely ZERO customer service. Shipment arrived with order incomplete. NUMEROUS emails, contacts via website have gone unanswered.

I have been dealing with age related arthritis for a very long time. Seemed like every day, a new joint was aching, and putting me in misery. Since I have started using my grounding sheets, I wake up, not completely pain-free, but much improved from how I was feeling prior to using the sheets.

The grounding matt arrived promptly and in good shape. Before I made my decision to purchase it, I was pleased with the answers I got from the owner. I've only been able to use it once but hope to do so every time I wash dishes. I read that having my hands in the water should amplify the grounding effect, but I don't know if that's true.

I have recently had shoulder fracture surgery and the first night I was able to sleep with the blanket was so much better. I have a grounding sheet but am currently unable to sleep in my bed.

My husband and I both realize we sleep better with the grounding bottom sheet. Your company costs are pretty high, but I can see the sheets are better quality than others.
