You send them money and receive nothing. Avoid this shop! Positive reviews are probably false.

Hello Steven, Refunds take 2-3 weeks to show up on your bank statement. These are not cash transactions where you would instantly receive the money back. These are card payments, the money is refunded to you and I have no control on how fast it will get back to you.
