Orders keep getting cancelled straight after being accepted
I have been trying in vain to purchase two WD 26TB RED PRO HDD, when placing the order and paying with my credit card the order is accepted, however seconds later it is automatically cancelled. Thinking that there was a problem with my payment method I contacted my bank who informed me that there was no problems with my credit card and they also confirmed that once the payment reached your account you cancelled my order and returned the payment. This has happened everytime that I try to place an order. Over the past month I have spoken with several support agents who forward the problem to the online store who reply to them and advise that you use another email address with a purchase history. As I have just joined the direct purchase at WD and informed them of this the reply is still the same and my order keeps getting blocked for reasons only WD seem to know. WD do not have an online order phone number, your can't speak directly to the online store to place an order, and as I have said this has been going on for a month. No matter which credit card I use the outcome is the same, I have an excellent credit score and never missed any payments, I am not black listed, so what really is going on at WD, you would think that a company this large should be able to accept payment once it is sent. What a shambles.
