Very long delivery.

Delivery time to EU countries said to be 3-5 days. It was 13 days eventually. And this after paying 25 USD for the shipping. Trying to make extra money by using a lousy/cheap courier for an already overpriced item.

Habe schon häufiger dort bestellt. Eigentlich immer problematisch Shipment fee absurd teuer. Umtauschen umständlich und nochmals shipment fee ins Ausland. Jahrhunderte weg von dem was man so von anderen gewohnt ist. Nehme mal an mit Absicht. Kleidung passt oft nicht. Wenn man annimmt es sind USA Größen und bestellt ne Nr kleiner kommen diese sicher diesmal zu klein an. Sonst idR zu groß. Qualitativ kann ich mich eigentlich nicht beschweren. Wenn es den mal passt, sind die Sachen recht schön und hochwertig Meine letzte Rücksendung wurde nie behandelt. Das Geld steht seit Monaten aus.

The item I order did not fit and there were no other sizes. I requested a refund but they only do gift cards for returns. This is not helpful when they do not have your size or product for refund. I would not use this company again

Die Steuerung ist ne Katastrophe bei allen 3 Systemen,ich verstehe nicht warum man da noch herumfummelt wo vorher schon alles ideal war. Ich hoffe es kommt noch ein Update mit der alten Steuerung,ansonsten war,s das mit dem Spiel.

The size chart for jerseys is very misleading, ended up with one way too small I recieved an authentic NHL jersey as a Christmas gift, which was a few days after the '30 day from delivery' return window for manufacture direct items. The manufacturer has extended their typically 30 day return policy for the Christmas season to around 90, yet NHLshop.ca says there is nothing they can do. They're site is misleading and I strongly recommend ordering any manufacture direct items directly from the manufacturers store.

Ordered three items, orders got botched up and each item with a separate delivery date all outside of the promised delivery time. When contacting the web shop, there is no service and no way of tracking the order except for poorly designed bot. Horrible experience, will never shop there again.
