Delivered much faster than expected and good quality.

A few months ago we ordered samples from this company and the samples were of good quality. We decided to have these caps embroidered. The entire order process was a bit difficult. We were pushed a bit to pay for the order before a live sample would be made. The day after we paid we heard that some colours were out of stock. It also turned out that placing a logo on the side was not possible. We have been flexible and have chosen different colors and dropped the one logo. The price was not adjusted, but well... Today we received the caps and unlike the photo, you can see that the embroidery quality is really disappointing. Different stitches are used, it seems to have been a bit of a rush job. I hope that the company responds to my complaint that I sent and I will mention that in this review. Update 16 april: After a complaint they offert me 50% back or do the order with heatpress. We choose for 50% and do the order elsewhere.

I just received my custom order back from foremost and I have to say job well done. I was so impressed that I placed a second order. The sales staff, despite the difference in time are very attentive.

I made an order on September 6th and it is now September 19th and the only information that I received is that the label was made for my order. I have reached out in multiple ways and have had no response.
