The shoes were in great condition, wrapped nicely. But this is a gift and the box was beyond beaten. All of the corners were broken and the box looked crushed, dirty and old.Fast shipping. Overall, pleased.

I returned a pair of shoes and never received a refund or an email saying they were received.

I purchased a pair of shoes to take on a trip. Since my departure date was a week from the purchase, I emailed asking if I would receive the item in time. I received no response back. A few days later, I followed up with a second email, and I never heard back. Although the item did arrived in time, I am giving an average rating. In conclusion, if you want to know if you will receive your stuff, the answer is "yes." However, if you care about customer experience, or a simple acknowledgement from the the company, this is definitely the wrong site.

The boots was not made of genuine leather . It was synthetic and looked really cheap! I am returning it.
