How they deal with their **** ups is an embarrassment "Its not our fault, its your fault" "We charge $20 for a box of literal Shit but wont give you tracking" "Dont message on our reviews anymore because we dont like that you weren't happy with our service" GUESS WHAT THAT'S WHAT THIS IS FOR. MAYBE IF YOU DIDNT WANT PUBLIC REVIEWS YOU SHOULDNT HAVE STARTED A BUSINESS IN THE PUUUUBLIC SECTOR??!

Complete scam. Reached out after first time it never coming and they gave me a time window. Never arrived. Reached out again and they said they'd send again and asked for my number, gave me another time frame. Nothing. A week past the end of time frame I wrote again and they sent me an email saying must have been undeliverable- and a link to USPS tracking. The link however was fake. If you go to USPS yourself and type the tracking, it does not exist. Also if it was "undeliverable" it would not have shown as "delivered to mailbox" either. He continued to rudely send me tracking links for usps- but every time I went on my computer and typed the site I stead of clicking his link- it would say this tracking number did not exist. After telling them I was reporting them they did at least provide a refund. But don't waste your time and money. And don't click their fake links, check yourself. I have screenshotted all of the emails and made an Internet report. **Edit:as you see by their comment below they adore fake texts and links 😂 check anything they give you yourself and not through links they send you. It does not exist"" Update update : **tried to flag my review as defamatory but after review found it was not and put back online. Nice try y'all.*

Very funny prank to play… on me that is. Out of an abundance of caution because of some of the other reviews, I decided to send myself the product to see if this company could actually be trusted. While I don’t know for sure if it’s a complete scam, I do know for sure that the product never arrived. If this company would like to provide proof that they sent something, I would be happy to update my review. Edit: to respond to your statement. You are in fact, responsible for the shipping and delivery. Not in the sense that you actually perform the task, but as you do not share delivery information with us unless we pay an extra amount, it still is your responsibility to ensure it got delivered and to inform us whether or not it had or not. upon reading your other reviews it seems that you have a bit of an issue taking responsibility for your actions or lack there of. Accountability from a business, even when the experience has been negative goes a long way with customers.

It's a scam!!! Don't buy it's fraudulent!! And by the way they wrote me several emails to push me in order to delete this message and I won't

it's a scam, the person never received the shit. my order code is 0385BA-SE

I paid $17 for order & didn’t tell me if payment went through or not . Can I get my money back ? Or how can we move forward. Website closed out on me .

Wondering what's going on with order #15DBAB-SE? I've never gotten any responses to my emails.

This company is a scam. I sent a shipment to a friend and it was never received. My mother then tested it by purchasing an order for herself and it too was never delivered. The company stated via email... "So you want to say that we 'scammed' 24 thousand people and nobody noticed before you, right? :) The first package we sent in February was lost. In any other case, it would have been returned back to our local post office. That happens when there is something wrong with delivery, e.g. apt number is missing. The second package is still in the shipping network -- we can tell because there is a tracking number attached to it. We always use tracking numbers for second attempts. It's a normal procedure. We do this since 2014." They state that the initial package was lost, and was never going to alert the buyer, and that the second package (which is a second attempt due to me complaining) is still in transit. We bought their product months ago. Do not waste your money, your time, nor your mental health (waiting for them to drain your bank account). Not a legitimate company just a pile of crap. Update: Their response doesn't relate to my review, I never mentioned small packaging in my initial review. Second, the package for my mother was finally received a week after review posted (over 2 months after initial purchase). It did not come in the advertised packaging, it came inside of a simple shipment bag and looked like dry dirt with grass in it (no smell) and according to Shitexpress it was due to "the final product doesn't match the illustrations on our website. Otherwise the recipient would easily be able to identify where did the package come from." This makes no sense and is an obvious admittance to false advertising. Laughable. The purpose is to make the concept anonymous for the purchaser not the company.
