ShipW.comReviews of shipw.com

STAY AWAY!!! THIS COMPANY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND SINCE TRACKING SHOWS AS DELIVERED, YOU WONT GET A REFUND. This company is a front. They take packages and do not reship them. I'm in the process of filing a police report in the Delaware county that they are operating out of. They will contact you once you sign up and give you your "address", but that is the last you will hear from them. Both their phone numbers and email addresses are dead ends and will not be responded to.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this company. I shipped my package to them and my package had arrived according ti Amazon. I waited a few days before I tried to call them to see why my package did not show up in their back office. When I would call the phone during the day, the phone would ring a few times before the phone would be hung up. I tried calling at night and the phone would ring all night. So someone is there during the day clearly. I tried messaging through their social media platforms, and email and to this day no response.

DO NOT use this company!! Shipped my packages from California to them. Upon arrival, they refused my shipment and sent it back to California even though I have a registered account. Tried MANY times to contact them, no answer and no returned phone calls. Cost me over $700 to ship to them, only to have it returned. Had to pay another $700 to send to a reputable company. Stay far away from them!

I ship my package, tracking show me that he received the parcel but I never get any notification for it, If I login my account I don't see my package, I send many emails without any response. Don't send your package, the company was closed I think and he don't closed their website. The bottom line is that these are just crooks

scam company. does not exist

Propably a scam company. My parcel has been there almost 3 weeks now but still does not show on my account. I sent also email tou them but did not answer. Avoid this company people..

SCAM ALERT ! Don't ship any packages to this business ! Shipw LLC business permanently closed ! Shipw customer service phone number disconnected !

Ebay merchant proved to both Ebay and PayPal that my item was delivered to ShipW so my case was denied by both resolution centers and lost my money. I guess all items that does not require a signature when delivered are keepers. In any league thats a SCAM!
