When I was faced with cleaning out my mom's house after her passing I was overwhelmed at how I was going to ship a few pieces of furniture fro Michigan to California. Ship Smart was amazed. From the first phone call to the delivery it was so easy. Nothing was damaged, it came on time (actually quicker than I was promised) and I can't say anything thank you enough.

We were grateful to hear about Ship Smart from our trusted mover Gentle Giant. We had a small move across the country. Our belongings arrived on time and in perfect shape. The staff was responsive and easy to work with.

Ship Smart moved my piano from Davis, CA, to Seattle. Very good service. The piano was in good hands. The movers were in touch with my family in Seattle so details of delivery were clear.

Your service from the first call to the final delivery was exceptional, your price for service was reasonable. I appreciate your professionalism when I had to relocate my son from Atlanta to California. Your company was able to track our shipment and let us know where it was whenever we called. Will definitely use your company again. I have already referred others to you. Regards- Jueleah

I would recommend the Ship Smart Service to anyone on the go, or in the middle of a move. Their customer service rep. called me, more than once, with updates on my shipment's location(s), and I didn't even have to ask. The shipment arrived when they said it would and their driver delivered it to the driveway. He called ahead, and unloaded the pallet, too. There was nothing to do but sign.

In May '14 I moved a one-bed condo from VA to AZ - it was flawless, picked it up on time, handled the packing well, shipper skidded it really well, delivery was flexible and on time with zero damage or loss, pricing worked well - I underestimated some quantities and weights, but the total was what I expected based on the estimate. In October '14 I shipped two pallets of items, many sentimental keepsakes, from FL to AZ with the same experience as the first time. They did what they said they would do - Well Done!
